Please help me save my apps without taking away my life.

I have just received a replacement Droid X (my USB port became to loose to charge properly). I have had my phone for over a year and have alot of apps. The apps that are on my memory chip are easy. How do I transfer the rest without spending the rest of my life reinventing the wheel. Is there an easy, efficient way to do this. Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I would rather do something else with my time. Thanks. Dejae
