Please Help: why I cant install apk!

Hi everyone, when I cant install apk because when i want to press INSTALL doesnt work but i can press cancel l. someone know why??

If you have an apk on your sd card or phone thats not from the market, you need an app to properly install it. I use app installer, it's simple and free.

Can you download a rom and not be rooted.....I don't want to flash just assemble all the files I want. When I try to download any rom it stops and says unsucessful
