First off, my Razr is working fine right now, but i have never had a phone that at some point hasn't needed replaced during the 2 year contract. If i were to have any problems with my Razr and I received a refurbished replacement how am i to know the previous owner didn't abuse the battery. In most other phones you get a weak battery you just go buy a new one, but that's impossible with the Razr.

Any ideas what Verizon does?

Probably keep sending you Certified Pre-owned phones until you get one that works

Same here, had to get a refurbed Razr over the weekend cause my original one started overheating bad and battery life went from alright to crappy. Activated the refurbed one Saturday and the battery didn't last a full day on 3G.

FOXKAT! ARE YOU OK?????? That's less than 200 words!!!!!
:)
Can't blame you for getting tired of posting the same thing over and over...... Lemme do it this time Master Po (I think I'm ready to try taking the pebble from your hand)
Here goes.... Ahhhemm..... Cough....

phone off
Charge to 100%
Phone on... Normal use to 15% (no less)
Phone off again and charge to 100% again with phone off
Repeat approximately every 3-4 months

Never let it die completely...... Never get it wet.....
Never, NEVER feed it after midnight (sorry, couldn't help that one)

:rofl3: :icon_ laughup: You funny!! Yeah, I was just thinking I need to finish that project I had mentioned earlier. I want to make ONE BIG posting that spells it all out for everyone, and then my only response to "battery dead/draining/sucks/disappointment", etc., will be Batteries.are.people.too! (Note, not a real URL).

Picked a good day to change my avatar :)

Always nice to see a Gremlins reference.
