added port for ud 2.0 but the phone and contacts remain stock ud 2.0. kook will be releaseing a second release with themed phone and contacts or he might release an add on/update for it.

Love the theme. I'm having one small problem. I applied the ADW theme, and for some reason, the app drawer icon didn't theme right.
