It looks like Samsung is hard at work on an all new tablet lineup for 2015. Their newest plan was recently leaked and we have the details. Here's a quick breakdown on the four tablets Sammy is working on, followed by a quick quote with more of the details below,
  • Galaxy Tab AS – SM-T351
  • Galaxy Tab AL – SM-T551
  • Galaxy Tab AS – SM-T350
  • Galaxy Tab AL – SM-T550
  • Galaxy Tab AL Plus – SM-P551
  • Galaxy Tab AL Plus – SM-P550
  • Galaxy Tab AS Plus – SM-P351
  • Galaxy Tab AS Plus – SM-P350
Here's what the source of this story had to say,

“The Galaxy Tab AS (Small) (SM-T350/351) and the Galaxy Tab AL (Large) (SM-T550/T551) might be successors to the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 and the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 respectively. As the current Galaxy Note and Galaxy Note Pro series of tablets bear model numbers SM-P600 and SM-P900 respectively, we believe that the SM-P350/351 (Wi-Fi/Cellular) and SM-P550/551 (Wi-Fi/Cellular) tablets will be mid-range devices under the Galaxy Note series.”

Sound off if you are the owner of a Samsung tablet and will be considering any of these new devices.

Please bring on the 12.2 with a 2k resolution.

Great point. I'd only consider it if it was Android.
I would think since the galaxy name is already synonymous with Android, these would still be android devices, but I know they're pushing tizen with tvs, watches, & now a phone.

I have a Tab 1 10.1 that is still going strong since I got it in June of 2011.
If there weren't phablets I'd consider one but unless they come up with a successor to my Note8 in its current size I'm good with what I've got. The Tab still gets the job done when I want to use a screen bigger than the Note8 on rare occasions. It has pretty much been relegated to a video player or occasional children games played by my youngest daughter. It still gets over 7 hours of screen time per charge and a factory reset last year made the speed come back up to within the ballpark of my Note8.

Are we safe to assume that the Galaxy line will remain android devices?

Given Samsung's recent Tizen-happy escapades with new devices, I'm scared. Somebody hold me...?
Baaahahahahahaha there their they're.. Lol

Tizen should be able to run Android apps without a problem. I seriously doubt Samsung would leave out that feature forever.

Tizen would also be good for those folks who do not want Google in their life.
