Storage location on or off

Well this is kinda confusing. When i go anywhere to edit my storage options like for attachments and pictures it just has an option for storage location on or off.. So which one do we want to store on the sd card?

And real quick... Under accessability in the settings there is kickback, talkback, and soundback. What are these?

I thought everything was stored on the SD card by defualt. The only place I remember seeing a "store location" setting, was in the camera. That puts where you were at in the photo details.

I asked this or someone else did and the response I remember reading was if you're not disabled, don't worry about them.

talkback-it talks as you click on somthing like when you press the home button it says home.....

soundbacl-when you click somthing it makes a like noise like a "ping"...lol

kickback-it vibrates when you press somthing.
