Ugly clock on lock screen

OK, so let me get this right. All the people that hate the lock screen clock, never held the phone in their hands, and looked at the lock screen, BEFORE they bought it?

The clock on the lock screen, while ugly as sin, is not a reason to not buy a phone as great as the S8/S8+. I spent my time at the store looking at the fingerprint reader, camera, form fit, etc.

The clock on the lock screen has a bug in it or at least it does on mine. Some times I get the ugly one and sometimes I get a normal clock. I am wondering which one it is really supposed to be.

People need something to complain about sometimes.... there's no doubt that it is still a great device and I do believe it can be changed or a different one can be downloaded...

Very true..... but honestly I was very happy with my Samsung S6+ and the Note 7 for the short time I owned it. The only thing I don't like with Android is there lack of timely updates. Also, I feel that since Apple is not open source the apps are a little better quality... this is just my opinion.

I have found that I can do mostly everything I could do on Android on my iPhone. I do miss the home screen customizations sometimes but then I find ways to make my home screen unique and I'm all better.

How in the world do I get rid of that hideous looking clock where the 2 dyddgen hour is over top of the 2 digit minute in some weird font on my lock screen? I have looked through all of the find a way to get rid of it.

Sorry, i was incorrect, seems that you can only change the lock screen clock with a Theme, different theme , dif clock. I will keep looking.

The clock is horizontal if you have notification.

It would go back to vertical once there's no more notification.

What I did is show an app that always on notification to show on lock screen. So that the clock is horizontal.
