unroot help please

Can anyone help me out please? I need to unroot my verizon galaxy s3 and reset my flash counter. I'm having some trouble finding instructions that are specific to my phone and carrier. All of the guides that I have seen are done using odin. The only thing is, when I initially rooted my phone, I definitely did not use odin to do it. Is that going to be a problem for me?

No I don't think so, why not use Odin now? There's a reset app on the market: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=eu.chainfire.triangleaway
