im trying to unroot but i keep getting this error

No clue. Maybe someone else knows what that error means.

Meanwhile, which method or thread are you following to get back to stock and what is the final goal of what you are trying to do? Let us know that and someone probably can lend a hand by offering an alternative method or helping out with the current method you are trying.

I personally prefer to flash back to factory 2.0.1, I find it easier and less involved. I just have to make sure my 1.5 year old son doesn't venture over to my computer and pull the USB or power source, lol.

That error is referring to a line in the updater_script in your update.zip. I know that much but thats all, I have no idea what you would need to change the line too. To look at the updater_script, open the update.zip and click on META-INF, then keep clicking the folders com, google, android, and then you will see updater_script. If you're on Windows you will have to extract that updater_script to your Desktop or something and edit with a hex editor I believe, or maybe notepad or Notepad++. If you're on Linux you can simply double click the updater_script straight from the update.zip without extracting. It will open in gedit and save and update whatever you change to the zip.

Maybe look at that line in another WORKING update.zip's updater_script? And edit your unroot update's line to say what the other one says...

Did you download the 2.0.1 .sbf file and point RSDLite to the file?

Are you making sure that the file is named update.zip and not update.zip.zip?

I think your problem is that you are trying to unroot.

well see im trying to unroot cuz rom manger wont work i cant get a rom to install it says that there was an error with the permmisons and i have the ninja in my apps

Ok so just to get it clear.

When you opened RSD Lite, did you click the "..." button to navigate to the .SBF file?

Did you put your phone into the bootloader screen?
