Viewing Pics on the DNA

Could someone please help me here. I download some pics to my DNA but the pics sometimes are smaller than normal and they do not respond to taps or unpinching my fingers.

I thank anyone ahead of time who can help me.

hi...Welcome to the forum as I don't recall seeing your user name...Where are you tapping or pinching? I don't have the phone but you should be in your gallery to enlarge I would think...
