Not unless you do so from a different ip address. It allows you to vote but politely informs you that they've already counted your vote.

I suspect the Droid will pull through in the end, but even if it doesn't all it proves is that one phone or the other has a larger contingent of fanboys (and fangirls) with nothing better to do than vote in a meaningless "poll."

Actually, you CAN'T vote more than once. Remember guys, this happened with the HTC hero, the Droid users always happen to vote at night o_o. Plus, there are more Droids out there than Pre's.
