VZW Android 11 update pics low rez

My Samsung S10 just got an update on 2/21 to Android 11 with Verizon and since then I only receive pics in low rez. Even if I send to myself as a test. I've tried system text app, 3rd party apps alll yield the same result. Trying to avoid a factory reset as that's where it seems I'm heading, anyone else have this issue?

Could be an email setting for received mail, check your email application, for settings on download limits etc.
