you just got a lemon demand a new phone not a refurb i have a Galaxy Nexus and i love it no problems in san diego with 4g.If you must leave i would hold out for a galaxy s 3.

So you're telling us that your cousin in possession of stolen property. If this is true, as soon as he goes to activate it, the IP address will be on the blacklist and it will be not much use. Also not cool to be passing along. Probably best to cool it because this thread has about outlived it's useful life with the bragging and nothing to back it up.
