Unless something else arrives on the scene between now and then that really blows my socks off, I'll be upgrading to this device from my S5. I won't be getting rid of my S5 though simply because it'll probably be the last Samsung device I'll ever see root on, so I'll hang onto it as a backup.

I might throw the towel in on my Note Edge for it depending on what they bring to the table.

I'm not liking the Qualcomm 820 rumors. I want the Exynos back.
