Regarding why a person would be looking for a froyo ROM... I deleted all my froyo roms when I moved to gingerbread. Then found some GB ROMs to be buggy (cm7 on the dx anyone?), a little harder on battery life (darkslide x, which I really liked otherwise), but the killer was I couldn't get wireless tether working on my droidx (tried the beta with the device profile, no go). That is a must have. So here I am trying to find 6 month old ROMs.
