where is the USB debugging in the settings menu?

im trying to finish rooting my phone and all i need to do is unlock the USB debugging.

Could You Provide Step By Step Screenshots As My Phones Screen Is Dead But Still Works To Touch I Know Cause I Was Messing Around Randomly Pressing All Over The Screen And Started The Android Music Player I Just Need To Turn On USB Debugging So I Can Give My Computer Permission To Show My Phones Screen And Be Able To Back Up My Phone On Computer
