WiFi Question

Hi!
I apologize in advance for this question...I just got a Droid Incredible and this is my first smartphone. I have verizon and went with the $15 data package figuring I would mostly be using wi-fi...i am connected to my wi-fi at home, but how do I tell that my phone is using the wi-fi and not my data plan?

It should have a WiFi symbol in your status bar when connected to WiFi istead of the 3G icon.

The only way to be absolute sure is to turn off mobile data and turn it on only in emergencies.

This came from my brain by way of my finger and my phone. Don't ask where any of them have been. Especially the brain.

Quick Settings in the market will tell you if mobile data is on or off.
