0.4 not showing up in liberty toolbox

Lost.. Cant find the new release..

What I have done :

1. Battery pull
2. Cleared cache
3. Ran phone through wood chipper.. :-D
4. "Refreshed list" in toolbox.:icon_evil:

Anyone have any ideas?

Update your toolbox through the market and that should fix it.

Update your toolbox through the market and that should fix it.

Therein lies the problem. For some reason, between the time that I click on "update" and the point that it begins downloading, the Market appears to forget that I already paid for the app and wants me to pay *another* $5.00 to download the updated Liberty Toolbox.

Has anyone else run into this problem?

What is the latest version of the Liberty Toolbox Donate?
I have 2.1.2 and LGB v.4 is not showing up.

UPDATE: I waited about 10 minutes, then launched the toolbox and .4 appeared.
