1.1.1 Sapphire Release and an Anoucement

Check your downloads folder on your sdcard with Astro, it should be in there named download. This drives me nuts, sometimes I have like 20 of those to delete.
 
^^^^yeah there are like three of them i deleted them, and tried to install from the market but still giving me the same results install unsuccessful... thanks for the response by the way

I am having the same problems updating street view.


Figured out a fix.

  1. Used root explorer to rename street.apk to street.apk.bak
  2. Reboot into Recovery and wiped the cache
  3. Installed from market successful!
I imagine this would work for the maps.apk if needed.

Thats the thing there is no maps.apk in the systems/app folder i have no google maps trying to install from the market right now and i cant keeps coming back as unsuccessful....and ive tried clearing my cache and everything to no avail...
 
Are you rooted??
After work, I will upload the market apk here. You can try installing via Root Explorer, terminal, ADB...whatever your preference.

text to speech is turned on and it won't turn off since this was installed on the wifes incredible. help, before she kills me!!
