If it were a 1x1 widget, then yes.

Having to agree to the disclaimer every time you turn on GPS through settings is pretty damn dumb.

I don't see anything in your original post about a 1x1 widget. You only said widget. Heck, I'd love to have a 1x1 myself, but the Power Control 4x1 seems to be the best any of us can find for now. Maybe we should all be emailing CurveFish to plead for a working update...
