[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rTeCbH3LH7s]YouTube - Nexus One 2.1 / HTC Sense UI Launcher on Motorola DROID[/ame]

also can install the htc keyboard with out root access the http://www.droidforums.net/forum/hacking-help/25263-seen-some-questions-here-video-droidmod-15.html post#148.

If you are rooted the and have live wall papers (especially if your rooted with droidmod) you will now be able to interact with the live wallpapers. It is a little buggy when you switch it from portrait to landscape mode. Other then that I like it.

Before rooting I used this 2.1 SenseUI Launcher for several days and had zero problems. It's pretty darn good if your still stock and want 5 screens.

Once modded and running LW, its no good. Crashes phone all the time just like the other 2.1 Launcher.

Is installing and uninstalling this apk any different than any other apps? If I begin having problems with it, can I just uninstall it from the Droid's application manager?

So far the keyboard is good, but I have not had the opportunity to use it all day. THe sense ui I have used for a day and it is nice. To be fair I am oc at 600 at least. It works smooth; but there is a lag in transition from portrait to landscape on the home screen. The app drawer so far has been smooth for me, but the same in that it works better in portrait then landscape.
I am waiting for this when they clean up the bugs. Ima show it on the nexus then on the droid.

install astro file manager from the manager

Having trouble installing, or rather running this once installed. I've used Astro to install many things before with no trouble at all. This one won't launch, it gives me a prompt that says "Activity not found". So it's installed, but I can't get it to start. When I had the original 2.1 launcher installed, I just hit home and it gave me the option to choose which launcher I wanted. This hasn't done that for me. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

When I first installed it, I was given the same mesaage then i hit home and seen launcher in the home menu. Then I got a message installation complete.

When I hit home, it just goes to the stock home. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times with the same results.
