System: Stock 2.2.340.MB810.Verizon.en.US Odexed
Rom: Motoblur
VM: Verizon Paid Visual Voicemail

Now:
OS: 2.2.340.MB810.Verizon.en.US Deodexed
Rom: Apex 1.3.1
VM: Google Voice

Issues:
1. Dialer - Yes, Google Voice is setup and Settings -> Call Settings -> Voicemail Service = Google Voice and Settings -> Call Settings -> Voicemail Settings = Settings for Google Voice
a: When I click the bottom left VM Icon, nothing happens. It takes me back to home screen
2. Dolphin - when entering text the keyboard has the MIC/Talk button disabled. Not sure if it is disabled anywhere else.

The cure to take you to Visual Voicemail is to reinstall VVM.apk from the removed apps link in the OP.

Download removed apps, extract VVM.apk, place it on the root of your sd, open terminal emulator and type the following.

su
install VVM.apk

Now open the dialer and press the Voicemail button again.

I just configured google voice and it gives you the option to call *86 or visual voicemail still and then just tells you the google voice subscriber is not available so it doesn't change the functionality although consuls come to your google voice app and email. It does not change the functionality of that button.
