According to Verizon's twitter account, they aren't releasing the official OTA yet and they actually say they do not have any info regarding it either.

My Droid Incredible was updated ota this morning. I was hoping to see support for streaming media audio to bluetooth non-stereo headset, but it seems to still not support it.
