2.3.4 TV off animation

It works on 4.5.606, confirmed. Anyone feeling brave enough to try it on 4.5.607?

I should rename those two up there to 4.5.606 only.
Anyways, check the 3G fix topic, I posted the fixes all in one place there. Along with the 4.5.607 version.
