32 GB MicroSD Card Coming Soon!

Doesn't Sandisk have it directly on their website for $200?

I hope the Droid Pro is able to use 2 32gig cards. That'd be swell.

that'd be SICK! if that were the case it would totally pwn my eeepc, my droid almost does already the only thing the netbook has over it is more storage (60gb ssd) and a bigger screen (10" compared to 3.7").

I purchased 2 of the 32GB Cards on ebay which seem to be the same cards on Amazon for 200.00. The cards keeps crashing on Froyo. I have reformated both cards twice. Errors were found on the cards after I chkdsk /f so I reformated each time. Im using SAP 0.6.0 now. Is this a froyo problem or are these cards junk?

The cards are poo! I have been messing with this one for 3 days now and it is just not stable. Froyo just wasn't having it. So I tried running the stock 2.1 ROM. It seemed the most stable under that ROM, but still when I woke up this morning the phone was in a continuous boot and that battery was dead. And this is while it was sitting on the charger plugged in. I am going to try it in my wife's non-rooted Droid and see how that works.

I tried formatting the card on a Windows 7 and Windows XP machine as well as in the Droid itself. None of it made a difference.

The ebay cards seem dubious to me. How are they class 6 when SanDisk only lists class 2 32GB microsd cards on their site? Not to mention that the seller's own close up of the card indicates that it is class 2. The Chinese labeling (I'm guessing as the photos are small on the ebay listing) is also suspect IMO. There are just too many fakes that come from that region. I'd suggest buying directly from SanDisk or a reputable reseller, as always.

The ebay seller has 2 feedback and only 60% positive? I'm not sure how that math works out. If you click for details there's 1 positive and 2 negative. Despite the strange 60% positive which looks more like 33% positive I'd say stay away from this seller. Learn to shop ebay carefully.

I wonder why there are *no* reviews, on Amazon.Com. Seems rather odd...
Why's that? Take a look at this thread as an example. People aren't exactly busting down the doors to buy at the current price. There are plenty of products on Amazon with no reviews.

Could you have picked a worse seller to link to on eBay? As you said, learn to shop eBay CAREFULLY. eBay has always been a buyer beware type of website, that's why they use the rating system.

This is the seller I bought my card from:

32GB TF MicroSDHC Micro SDHC SD Flash Memory Card 32G - eBay (item 390207065223 end time Jun-10-10 16:16:24 PDT)

When the card wasn't working in my phone I put it in my wife's Droid. She is running a non-rooted 2.1 Droid so if it wasn't going to work in there, it wasn't going to work. Well she ran it for almost a week with no issues at all! Before I gave in and let her keep the card (she will NEVER use 32GB) I wanted to try it again. I formatted the card in her phone and put it in my phone and everything is working fine. This morning I copied over about 10GBs of pictures and music and everything still seems to be working perfectly. I even went as far as to backup and restore my current ROM (BB 0.4) and that worked great.

So I don't know if it had something to do with the ROMS I was running, or if it had something to do with me formatting the card in my wife's phone then transferring it back to mine? But all is well now and I have just under 20GBs free on my SD card.

I will also add that when I contacted the seller with my issues his first suggestion was to send the card back for a full refund.

Been having issues with my 16gb stock card and had been rooted via the app on the market. I basically, was starting to lose data. I don't know if it was cause I didn't unmount the card or not from my PC when finished working it but lost quite a bit of stuff. I also removed root to see if my stability returns.

Just picked up a 32 gig card online and have seen prices on Google Shopping for as low as 50 bucks (free shipping and handling). I got stuck purchasing the one I did, from Ebay. So ended up spending 80 (which I had thought at that moment was a pretty good price).

I remember in college, I had a bike given to me. I bought a lock for it that cost $20. I swear, I didn't 'lock the bike', I "biked the lock"

if I only paid 19.99 for my D2, would it be considered putting a 32gig memory card in my D2, or putting a D2 on a 32gig card
