I guess this will be turning into the Official Thread on how to upgrade your Memory Card, the easiest way, mine is in Nashville now, only an hour away, I doubt I will get it untill Monday though
make sure if you getting sd cards . . .you're getting class 6 cards and not the cheap class 2. Class refers to the video transfer rate and with how good the quality of these videos are, they are large, so you'll want a card that transfers at the fastest rate possible.
I might be wrong but I think I remember discussing that the Droid can only transfer Data at a class 2 rate of speed so it wouldn't be any faster with a 2 or a 6
so much garbage out there about SD cards...
guys, forget class. first of all, the slower transfer speed is fir uploading to the card...not reading the card. and second, with regard to any smart phone out there, it still is more than adequate. i have a 16GB class 2 in mg classic droid. its plays all my videos...including The Hangover bluray (720p) without the slightest problem. its when your backing up orloading on yohr computer thats a problem...took me like 3 hours to fully back it up last week!
