3G Network Question.

I live in McKenney Va and was having same problems but with all my phones. Neighbors too. It was our tower. Somerhing happened last Friday and all of a sudden I have full bars and much more speed.
I have been complaining for almost a year about it. They must have actually sent a tech to the tower to trobleshoot. Before they just pinged the tower which helped for an hour or so.

I effin' give up. I installed the Liberty ROM. Let's see if that solves the problem. Anyway, here was my update:
This morning, installed Waze and no problems. Then later on in the day installed USAA Mobile and Wells Fargo Mobile. Neither had been opened, and WF was the first time I'd ever installed it anywhere.
