4.3 for Note 2

I woke up this morning to find most of my multi window capable apps are no longer showing in the multi window bar and when I go to edit to add them back they're not available there either.
Does anyone know what's up with that? I didn't update any apps last night, non rooted, running Nova Launcher.
The only ones still there are the ones bloated into the phone.

I should have said Google search. Before the update if I tried to do a voice search nothing happened over Bluetooth I had to turn it off first. It even works in the car over the road noise!

Thanks for the clarification. I don't use a bluetooth headset so I can't comment on that feature.
