After rooting and freezing a bunch of bloatware i jumpes to download 777kbps/upload 672 kbps.....data connection still unstable even with the new phone........more stable than before rooting but now the keyboard is slow to respond.

Are you using the Speedtest.net app ? Or just going to the website ? I noticed when I ran the default test on mobilespeedtest.com I got similar results to yours. However, on the bottom of the page it recommended I try the larger file test and then I got results that I would think are more typical...

I was consistently seeing speeds of 25 - 32 Mbps before the 4g outage a couple weeks ago. Now I'm only averaging 12 - 16 Mbps. I know that's still fast but I'm pretty pissed as I had grown used to faster speeds.
