Add a 2nd exchange email account

I am trying to add a 2nd exchange work email account. The problem is this email account is a general email box that other people at work have access to, therefore it is set up that I have full rights but there is no password for the account.

When I try to add the account, it requires a password.

Any suggestions on how I can add the account so I can see it on my phone?
