Airplane mode comes on automatically

My Droid 2 keeps going into airplane mode on it's own. I turn it off and it comes back on a few minutes later. Is anyone else having the same issue? It also randomly turns off my data delivery option too, although not as often as the airplane mode issue.
Does anyone have any way to fix it?
