All IRC apps for droids won't connect to some servers. Why?

Hello I am trying the IRC apps for droid but it won't connect to a few servers for example the server I am trying to connect to: irc.irchighway.net:6667
It just seems impossible to connect to that however the servers from the list that comes with the app connect with no problem. Does anybody know why does that happen?

I suggest sending a pm to the developer. Maybe they can fix it.
