ok no task killer no min free manager and screen redraws out the a**. Still no solid solution to this problem?

dude reboot use rom manager fix permissions it worked for me and launcher pro i booted it with clock work first and it was jacked.Adrioid told me to use sp recovery to install and it worked.

Not sure what you mean I don't use rom manager. Can I just download the free version and use it to fix permissions?

Hardware keyboard is messed up now. The alt key freaks outs when u use it.

Market apps are jacked. Cant restore apps. Second i installed this rom, a system update message popped up as well.

I believe the alt key is messed up when using the Droid 2 multi touch keyboard (which i wont be using)

anyways onto the ROM, for a long time i refused to use any UD ROM of any sort but since ive been waiting way too long for pete's v0.5 i decided to try this and im absolutely blown away, its amazingly fast with the stock kernel overclocked at 800, and with the Watermark theme its perfect definitely gotta give blackdroid props for this one

the alt key issue is common to several roms that have adopted the D2 keyboard - i don't think it's the rom... it happened with LiQuID v1.4, and someone posted in that thread that other roms are experiencing the same thing.

First day great...then came day two

First day with UD6 went well. Linpack and Quadrant scores no better thank Stock Froyo but the extras and fast screen transitions were great. Day 2 with UD6 went downhill. Started to have slow Redraws on the home screen. Phone screen transition real choppy and Linpack and Quadrant scores way down (like from 13+ MFLOPS and 1300's on Quadrant to 5+ MFLOPS and 900's on Quadrant). Tried multiple reboots and adjust SetCPU low end from 250 to 400..still no change. Both stock FROYO and UD6 using Chevy01's 1GHZ LV Kernal initially set at 250/1000. Finally gave up and restored old FROYO ROM.....back to high 14's on LinPack and 13-1400 on Quadrant and no redraws. Any Ideas...???? UD6 was my first custom ROM test drive...maybe I'll just stick to my overclocked stock FROYO FRG01B.

I have no problems at all. All my applications were restored and everything is running smooth. dancedroid

Came from Lithium Mod, used titanium backup for all apps and settings, wiped my three times, started like new, sync contacts no problem, then made a nandroid backup, from there install my p3droid 250-1200 kernel, noticed that market wouldnt resync my apps up. oh well used titanium backup and it worked like a charm. Then found that UD goodies in the setting panels, very nice options included. Quandrant of 1408. I like.
I must say this is the smoothest, best rom i have loaded onto my Droid 1 to date. Amazing work. Keep it up.

The only issue i have seen with this new rom is that the gallery and news and weather icons are the same...has anyone else noticed that...is there a way to fix it?

Maybe I'm just lucky but upgrading from 6.0 to 7.0, using ROM manager (no data wipe) worked fine for me!

I just installed Chevy's 1.1 LV kernel and this ROM ROCKS!!!

No issues so far (it's only been 10 minutes though, I'll post issues should they arise!)

I LOVE Ultimate Droid!!! (don't hate me)

BRING ON THE LUNA!!!!

having the app issues as well ... the market isn't recognizing any so i'm working with titanium but getting tons of parse errors

APPS Restoring

hey all it was missed in the original it has been fixed if your having this problem redownload the rom and install and the market will work. the rom up now has this fixed.
