[ROM] [Alpha] Ics4Bionic 01-25-2012

My 2 cents, after I Safestrapped and installed, I was stunned. Even in this alpha build you see how clean ICS is gonna be. Everything has changed from the screen transitions to the way you access the system it's a total experience.

I toyed around for a while, oohing and ahhing so much my wife asked me if I wanted her to leave the room, lol.

Huge up to DH, DT, Hash, LiQuIDzGrl and RevNumbers without your efforts we'd be mulling along dreaming of ICS instead of getting a taste

Sorry to be a pest but can we get a list of known bugs added to the first post please. This would allow those considering flashing to know what issues to expect as well as others a list of things to try and assist in fixing.

Dude thank you for all you have done for us.

Any chance of your forever root making it's way to the Razr? That has saved my asset a couple times just in the past 2 weeks. Been using it as a sort of SBF method to return to stock.

Excellent work BTW.

So I tried to flash this yesterday. I installed safestrap, backed up my phone. I downloaded the .zip file and installed it. But when I rebooted, i got the dreaded Android Error screen. Do i have to rename the .zip to update.zip?

No but make sure you hit reboot phone in SafeStrap and not reboot recovery. Also make sure you write and format /system before you install in safe mode
