Alternative for Launcher Pro?

I used launcher pro plus for many months and for some reason I tried out adw and so far have been very happy.

My issue with go launcher is the lack of themes and icon packs. Other then that it runs very well. But alas I am using ADW EX because of the icon packs and themes.

Anybody know where this theme comes from? Also, are the buttons on the dock always part of the theme? I have a few themes where screenshots show modified buttons for the dock but they still look like the normal buttons after I've loaded the theme.
