An unidentified app?

As you can see in the screenshot, there's an app I don't know where I came from. I can't delete it or anything. All I can do is ForceStop and it does nothing. Anyone recognize this app or is it something I should be concerned about?

It appears to be related to the "Verizon Apps" app, and so is technically "bloat". It is listed as one that can be safely disabled by many so-called "safe to delete or disable" lists.

How can you tell it a Verizon app?I searched for the file on my phone and SD card it can't be found. I've tried searching for it and it cant find it as well. Thanks for your help btw.

I ran it on playstore it's a cloud storage app, nothing to worry about, at least I think your talking about Box you did not say the name?
