Well, looks like it's Dev edition or bust if I get the Note 3. 4.3 had been delayed on both the S3 and S4, so things aren't looking good for Sammy getting 4.4 to their devices anytime soon, let alone on VZ.

Pretty amazing that Moto is doing such a good job. If the X had a better camera and slightly longer battery life I'd go ahead and scoop one up.

Interesting article on why VZW rolled out the update on the Moto X before Nexus users got the update.

Verizon Shocks Android Users With Rare Competence | Technology | Minyanville's Wall Street

I do love the title of the article, "Verizon Shocks Android Users With Rare Competence." The article basically states that they think the Moto X wasn't a "runaway success" (like the Samsung Galaxay S4) and that is why VZW has been lowering the prices on the Moto X units and are hoping that if they upgrade the Moto X to the newest software, it can unload them faster.

Are you referring to the size of the battery, or the actual battery life? I've seen tons of negative comments about the former. Many, many positive comments about the latter.

I get better battery life on my X with its 2200mAh battery than I did on my Bionic with its 2900mAh (32% bigger) extended battery.
