Hi there. I got my MeCool M8S Pro+ last week and saturday my teenage son reset factory settings. I lost all apps etc. Please does anyone have the same Android Media box? Ineed a screen picture of the apps, players and vod services that is pre loaded on the box.

Usually, stuff that comes preloaded on Android devices are part of the stock software, and are reinstalled during the reset. Now, they'll be old versions, so they'll need to update over Google play store. Once you find how to open the app drawer through the stock launcher, you should see the stock apps.

That's an Android TV Box, correct? Have you tried an online search for the user manual for that device? Or did it come with a user manual originally and maybe it's still in the box?

Also, posting four times in four different threads makes things confusing and complicated. It's hard for folks to know which of your four different threads they should try and post answers.
