Android on incoming calls/text

How do I get the green android to appear on my screen when I receive a call or text? I have read it is also the default icon for contacts without photos but mine just shows a grey human outline.

there may be some third party dialer that does this. u can obviously put the android as a pic to all ur contacts. but this is a feature of stock android. the blur dialer puts that stupid white face. if u really want it u can flash a vanilla android rom.
