Android Video Downloader App?

I am looking for an app that can download the videos to your phone from the phones internet. For example: I click on a flash movie and it gives me an option to download it. I had one of these apps a while ago, but it was just for adults sites. I was wondering if there is something out there, similar to Firefox's Download Helper that will let me download internet videos on my phone?
