Just saw this sorry.

Well, to be honest it is a very messed up story.

We had Verizon, and me bwing the penny pincher that I am, decided I had enough of paying verizon $450- $500 per month for 3 lines sharing 25gigs of data.

So, I came across the AT&T special they had going where if you installed Direct TV you were allowed unlimited data on your phone lines.

We had perfect signal with Verizon in our home, the payments were just killing us.

So on June second, we made the switch to AT&T.

Now, before I go any further mighr I mention that the salesman I first spoke to told me the signal coverage was great in our area. Now, he told this to me not in front of signal map, just off the top of his head.

My one and only giant mistake. I should have verified that.

As you probably all know, the signal strength is measured by decibel gain.

Our normal db reading inaide and around our home is -100 and above on average. Which means, we are in a dead zone.

We even purchased a high end wilson amplifier with no luck.

So basically, on June 2 I walked in and handed AT&T $1,200 cash for a service they were supposed to provide and they failed to.

Their solution, and the only solution is Uverse.

To which we are literally about 60 seconds from the nearest VRAD box, and they refuse to run service to our home.

So yea......
