Any theme borks front LED's

I'm running UD2.1 on a Droid INC. I've tried a few different themes and they flash just fine but they cause the front four LED's to never light up.

I had this issue with UD2.0 as well but everything was fine on UD1.0. Any other INC users have the same issue after flashing a theme?

I know that themes usually just replace the images and shouldn't cause something like this to happen. Is it a bug in the rom?
