Any way to return to stock, locked, unrooted without a computer?

not yet im still working on it. i had a stock nadroid so it at least looked stock except for the unlocked bootloader symbol on the boot screen. Ill post back once i try all the methods posted here. Thanks for the help guys.

EDIT:

Nothing posted above would work for me. I took it to VZW and their "tech" said it was almost definitely a hardware issue. So they just swapped it out.
