Anyone else keep accidentally searching for stuff?

This doesn't really happen to me that much, but it happens to almost everyone who I show my phone to. It's annoying that no one other than me can look at the phone without going into the search area.

a case not only solves the problem but is highly recommended since droids are expensive phones. however i just took my case off for cleaning and love this phone without a case so i can relate to the case hating... also noteworthy before you all go hating on the search button is its depth. it can be used on almost anything your in to search within whatever app your in. just like the menu button. a VERY useful tool in google maps, navigation, texting, etc etc...

Yea, I do in quite frequently. I'd love to disable the button all together as I use the on screen widget as well.
