Anyone else seem to be getting throttled

see here we go again... utterly USELESS internet... using PDANet and have full bars on 3g service...

guess I need to get off my computer and get to bed anyway

This doesn't even apply to 3g its on the thunderbolt thread. Yes there's throttling on 3g (you should know that! Its been known a long time) and no there is not supposed to be throttling on 4g prob just suffering from signal issues.

I use over 40 gb's a month tethering and steaming zumocast/netflix/hulu+ and no slowing of speed here...

I figured 4g would slow because of network traffic, any ideas as to why the wifi slow down also wondering if it has anything to do with the ota
