Anyone know if Motorola Backflip Droid is good enough to run basic emulators?

I really want this phone, and I really want to know if the phone is hackable. I have a CFW PSP so any device I get, is tempting when it comes to hacking. However, I want to know if the Motorola Backflip runs games smoothly without lag, like NES, GBC, GBA, SNES?

This is something you want to post in a Motorola Backflip forum. This is a Droid forum, there are only a couple if any Backflip users on this site.
EDIT: Wait for Another Android phone, I just remembered watching a review on the Backflip and it's very laggy.
