LOL, my wife has a Rezound so I figured I would quiz Verizon's best and brightest. Ashia asked me if I had it plugged in. I said plugged into what? I was then told "sir, all of our updates come from your computer. Plug your device into the computer and then go to your settings and check for an update. If it's not plugged in it will not work!" All I asked is if the Rezound was expected to see an update this week. Who are these people and how do they get jobs? Hahaha

Hey, here's a question.
I get that January update still on a regular basis. In fact it is ready to download now when I checked for ICS.

How will I know the difference between the January OTA and the ICS OTA?

Will it say that it's ICS?
