Anyway to make the lock screen completely transparent?

ok i am prolly getting off here for a while i will be back on...ya know since you said you have a release tonite

sadly this is where my mod know how stops. so just add my mod'd framework and dont mess with anything else in the zip....i have the d1 miui mod example zip

Take the one that says "back to stock" and remove the mms.apk out of system/app and the servies.jar out of system/framework, drop the new framework and rezip.

EDIT: use the zip I have in the op of my FRG83 2.2.1 rom thread that says back to stock. Don't use the example zip.

yea i didnt think to look in a rom thread i was just looked at stickies in your section and didnt see it so i moved on, i will do it later...unless of course you want to just add it in the release for tonite.... credit for the idea?

This is a template that has everything you need to update anything in the framework directory. Just unzip it and drop the framework apk in the framework folder and rezip it. That's all there is to it.

Haha yeah I'll definitely give you credit. Just send drop the framework into that zip and send it to me.

I must be slow. I definitely didn't read this thread enough. I'm not going to include this "fix" in the main rom but I will provide an update.zip for it. Sorry guys I thought it was to fix the weirdness with the notification bar behind the time.

Okay I did it. Flash this to get the transparent lockscreen slider. It'll work with the next release.
