Shoulda looked into it more before I posted that. Looked for it after reading this and still can't find an option for it, my battery reads in 10% chunks for now. Haven't thought about switchin off of it yet either way though.

I found the setting in interface-statusbar--then theres a bunch of battery options...

I checked there but I only found options for using a bar or changing icon types and colors, not for 1% instead of 10% increments
