Private Place version 2.0.3.1

• Changed item alignment (user is now on right)
• Added contact based view
• Updated translations (Crowdin users - also added new strings for "me")
• Changed user item header to show "me" instead of user name
• Fixed GDrive crash
• Fixed handling issues on S5 and N3

This is basically yesterdays release with a few finalized changes that were intended for the next build, including the reworked alignment and two new languages (Polish and Turkish). Good job everyone! Thanks for your great suggestions.
